How Does it Work?

When you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood or running errands, be on the lookout for properties that are:

-         Vacant

-         Boarded Up

-         In need of repair (peeling paint, broken or missing siding, bad roof, broken windows)

-         Un-kept yard (tall grass, overgrown shrubs)

-         Have bad curb appeal

 

Avoid Properties That Are:

 

-         Listed with a realtor

-         Located in a war zone (would you feel unsafe walking there alone at night?)

-         Currently under construction (dumpster in yard, brand new windows or new roof on an ugly        home, new unpainted wood on trim or siding)

 

When you find a vacant or ugly home, jot down the address and take a note of the condition. When you get home, submit the lead through our website. We will make contact with the property owner and make an offer to buy their home.

 

For every home we purchase that results from your lead, we will send you a check for $1000.00!  There is no limit to the number of $1000.00 checks that you can receive.
