Washington Home Solutions routinely offers homes available for rent-to-own or with flexible owner financing.  We love referrals, so tell us if you know someone who wants to be part of our program.

Our Lease-to-Own program has many benefits and is great for people who want to stop throwing away rent and start securing their financial future. 

Here's how our referral program works:

Start thinking of anyone you can who would benefit from a Washington Home Solutions lease-to-own, or owner-finance program.  To qualify, they must be able to afford a minimum monthly payment of $1300, and have at least $3000 down (which can be borrowed...we even accept valuable items in trade, like cars, boats) 

Contact us by calling 360-329-2466.  Even if we don't have a house suitable for them right now, there's a good chance that we can find a great lease-to-own for them if they're qualified.
